Web Analytics Comparison
I am often asked by colleagues, clients, and blog readers for comparisons between different Web Analytics Products: “What are the differences between Google Analytics and SiteCatalyst,” “How do I know which web analytics product to use?” So I did some research and have compiled a list of resources which compare analytics products. I also grabbed the ‘feature’ page links from various web analytics vendors so that all this data could be accessed in one place. Enjoy:

The problem is that every list like this is almost out of date as soon as you publish it… For example the VisiStat vs Google is 2006, and in 2007 Google has done quite a number of minor enhancements that are going to be quite huge for people with onsite search! I do appreciate the article is under construction…. and I just want to mention that in the past I am a massive fan of ClickTracks!!!

This is an exhaustive list to be sure - but is missing one crucial element; “Voice of Customer” analytics, such as what we provide at iPerceptions. You just can’t get a complete view of the customer experience without the “Why” behind visitor behavior, which companies like ours provide.
